A message dated March 13, 2003, was read stating the Senate has                                     
passed CSHB 100(FIN) with the following amendment and it is                                         
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
           SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(FIN) am S                                       
    "An Act making supplemental and other appropriations; amending                                  
    appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and
